This is an interesting ad in that the text and the illustrations do not go together.
The text is the description for the early Belknap Block
and the images are the same as those from the Carpenter Catalog
In 1917 Belknap would replace their earlier images and use the block to right along with the above descriptions.
This was also an error and it appears to be from the above ad.
The interesting thing about this mistake is that it shows how widely distributed all three of these blocks were.
